Here’s a screen shot of the life professor Moolinda Wu with an unexpected wooden construct beside her. Normally the wooden construct appears when a life student is working on their level 12 quest, Animation, but, in this case, the construct is appearing to my ice wizard Quinn Winterbreeze. I’m not sure why this happened since Quinn was there only to get the gardening introduction quest, not a life spell. Maybe it was left over from a life student who had just left but, in any case, these things usually only appear to student who has the quest and nobody else.
But, on a related topic, should an ice wizard train in life spells? Well, Quinn didn’t. He only used the free Pixie spell that every player gets and Pixie treasure cards purchased at the bazaar and, later, the Treant Polymorph spell. The nice thing about ice wizards is their high health score allows them to forgo healing spells where most other schools have to invest training points in them.
